Let’s plant a tree!

When summer ends and the leaves begin to fall; before nature prepares for its little winter rest – then it’s the perfect time for me to grab my boots, shovel, some baby trees & of course my dog Monty. End of October / beginning of November and before ice, cold, snow & frost crawls in – then it is time to plant YOUR tree.

For every order placed in my shop I will plant a tree that will, one day, grow into our own small forest. It’s time to give mother earth something back instead of just taking from her. Together for a healthier climate! ♥︎

All of my orders are packed using environmentally friendly materials and boxes from recycled paper or grass paper.

I completely avoid buying plastic packing – If I do use plastic, it’s only reused plastic packaging from old parcels I have received. All other materials are sourced within Europe and comply with established enviromental & sustainability standards.

Climate-positive packaging means that packaging goes beyond climate neutrality by saving more CO2 through compensation (such as reforestation) than it produces. Responsibility doesn’t stop when you shop!

By choosing renewable and recycled resources I aim to reduce waste and lower CO2 emissions without compromising on packaging quality. Every package that leaves my atelier reflects my commitment to responsible shipping and mindful consumption. Because we don’t have a planet B.

I’m doing my part to help restore the Venner Moor by licensing all my packaging material through Lizenzero. Together with Mission to Marsh, they restore a section of the Venner Moor for every ton of licensed packaging. In doing so, we protect the habitat of many endangered plant and animal species and secure areas for CO₂ storage.

The shipping by DHL GoGreen Plus is the next level of sustainable shipping. They actively ensure that your orders are shipped with reduced CO2 emissions and contribute to climate protection.

Greenhouse gas emissions are reduced through additional investments in appropriate measures in the German logistics network of Deutsche Post and DHL in Germany, known as “insetting.” This includes, for example, the use of sustainable fuels or electric trucks.
