Do you have a question about your order, its status or any other frequently asked topic? I love hearing from you, BUT please take a quick look at my FAQs first  – I think you’ll find some of your questions have already been answered here. Thank you so much for respecting my limited time.

How can i help you?

I need between 3 – 6 weeks to process my orders. Remember, this is a one woman business. After that the shipping time depends on your country:
 
Standard shipping is:
Germany: 1-2 working days
Europe: 5 – 15 working days
International: 20 – 60 working days
 
International customers need a lot of patience as the shipping takes quite a long time. Please always remember that if you are ordering a product from another continent, shipping will simply take longer. If you’re interested in express shipping you can always send me an email to saskia@botanikum.art

All informations to my art pieces are written in the item description. Make sure to carefully read the information you can find there – I do not accept returns based on the reason “the item is too big/too small

As soon as your order has been shipped out and leaves my atelier, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number (please also check your spam folder!). You’ll see exactly the same information that I do! If your status with DHL hasn’t changed within two weeks, feel free to contact me.

That’s no problem at all! Mistakes happen to all of us. Just make sure that you send me an email to saskia@botanikum.art as soon as possible. Please don’t text me through social media platforms.

In my shop you can pay via PayPal or SEPA direct debit

I pack my orders as well and securely as I can. This results in a lot of packaging waste (I know!). Despite all my care, shipping companies don’t always handle packages with care. If your package looks very VERY badly damaged on the outside (and you can assume that your item may be broken as well), please refuse to accept the package and let it sent back immediately. ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE PACKAGE I won’t have any chance to claim a refund from DHL and we will be left to cover the costs ourself.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your order! Please respect that as a small business I can’t cover the costs of a return and you have to pay for this by yourself. We can talk about this by email, just message me to saskia@botanikum.art

My snake sculptures are usually sold out pretty fast. I can’t always tell when I have time for another shop update. To stay up to date on upcoming arrivals, feel free to follow my Instagram @botanikum.art or @saskiatabea

If you bought a preorder piece then the processing time is between 1 – 2 months (unless otherwise stated in the product description). Depending on the quantity pre-ordered, I reserve the right to extend the production time; I will notify you of this via email! Processing time is not delivery time – the shipping time needs to be added on top of that.
